Hi, your first question– based on that single fasting glucose of 105, that does put you in the ‘pre-diabetes’ range. a few years ago the guidelines changed "normal" from fasting of less than110 to fasting of less than 100.. A blood glucose of 103 mg/dl is perfectly normal even when fasting. with 5’11/130lbs there is zero need for you to lose weight and you certainly wouldn’t have one of the risk factors associated with type 2 diabetes (obesity)..
